Therapeutic Massage
This treatment is personalized to fit your needs and goals, aiding in injury recovery, improving strength and mobility, and boosting circulation.
Lymphatic Drainage
This treatment uses gentle strokes to encourage healthy lymphatic flow and circulation, promoting proper blood circulation, fluid balance, and immune function.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a technique used to alleviate skeletal muscle pain and immobility by relaxing contracted muscles, improving circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

Kristi is a Northern Michigan native who brings nearly twenty years of injury treatment experience to the area. A 2005 graduate of Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in Traverse City MI and 2012 graduate of Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in Olympia WA, she has trained with some of the nation's most innovative therapists, making her clinical experience unique and highly effective.
Kristi is an AMTA Member and licensed in the State of Michigan.
